NATIVE AMERICAN BANK TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE NOTIFICATION

As a part of our commitment to remain on the competing edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our computer processing system. Our new system will help us continue to provide extraordinary customer service, while enabling us to offer the most up to date products and services. This change will be effective Friday, February 16, 2018.

New Features:

  • Email notification of wire transfer delivery
  • Phone transfers available to any account at NAB via TeleBanking

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How will this technology upgrade affect my banking experience?
    This change will allow for Native American Bank to provide even more enhanced services to our customers! For example, for the first time ever, Native American Bank customers will be able to use a mobile banking app and make remote deposits via their mobile device (pending bank authorization). This app will allow customers to quickly and easily view balances and account activity, do person-to-person payments, transfer funds, find branch and ATM locations and more!


  • Will I be able to view my statements online? 
    All customers will receive a mailed paper statement with transaction history up to February 15, 2018. This is to ensure transactions and items are included from the old core system to the new.


  • Business Customers: How will I log into online Banking?
    All internet banking users will access the system through Online eBanking beginning February 16, 2018. The Premier eCorp button will be removed from the website on the same date. All statement history and images will be unavailable for 60 days. Please contact your local office for assistance.


  • Will my account number change?
    No, this will remain the same.


  • Will I need to order new checks or a new Debit card?
    No, all information will remain the same.


  • Will the phone number for telebanking change?
    No, this will remain the same.


  • Will the Bank's website address change? 
    No, this will remain at: www.nabna.com


  • Will Branch (Browning and Rocky Boy) ATMs be functional?
    You will experience some temporary downtime with our ATMs beginning Thursday, February 15, 2018 until Tuesday February 20, 2018. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact your local office.
