IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ONLINE BANKING

Native American Bank will convert to a new core processing system on February 16, 2018. This will affect Online eBanking.

Access

On Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Online eBanking will be set to inquiry mode only. You will not be able to make transfers, add stop payments, etc. over the weekend.

On Monday, February 19, 2018, at approximately 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time, full functionality will again be available in Online eBanking.

You do not need to enroll again if you are a current Online eBanking user.

Your Access ID will remain the same. Your password will be reset to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

The new product will have a new look and feel but all functionality will be available.

Online enrollment for new customers will not be available for approximately two weeks after the conversion.

Statements

Paper account statements will be created on February 15, 2018 and mailed to you. They will not be available online.

Transaction History

Images and eStatements prior to February 15, 2018 will not be available online for up to 60 days.

Automatic Transfers

Any automatic transfers set up on Online eBanking will not be converted to the new system. You will need to set them up again if so desired.

Native American Bank will convert to a new core processing system on February 16, 2018. This will affect Premier eCorp Internet Banking.

Access

On Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time, the “Premier eCorp” button will be deactivated. You will not have online banking access over the weekend.

On Monday, February 19, 2018, at approximately 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time, you will access your Online Banking by clicking on the “Online eBanking” button.

Your Access ID will remain the same. Your password will be reset to the last 4 digits of your company’s Tax Identification Number (EIN).

The new Online Banking product will have a new look and feel but all functionality will be available.

Statements

Paper account statements will be created on February 15, 2018 and mailed to you. They will not be available online.

Transaction History

Images and eStatements prior to February 15, 2018 will not be available online for up to 60 days.

Download .csv files can be requested for the first fifteen days of February by contact Denver Operations at 303-988-2727 or emailing DenverOps@nabna.com.

ACH Submission

The ACH In/ACH Out Funds Transfer function will no longer be available but single ACH transactions can still be submitted through the ACH function in the new system.

It is highly recommended that you make copies of all your ACH Fund Transfer templates in case you need to enter them again after conversion and/or convert them to .csv files to upload into the new system.

Third-party generated ACH files (such as payroll) can still be submitted. You may be contacted to provide a .txt or .csv file for testing by Denver Operations prior to conversion.

Step by Step instructions will be provided to insure you can submit your ACH files.

Wire Transfer

It is highly recommended that you make copies of all your Wire Transfer templates in case you need to enter them again after conversion.

Step by Step instructions will be provided to insure you can submit your wire transfers.

Remote Deposit Capture

You will be contacted the week of February, 20, 2018 to install the new software.

It is highly recommended that you submit all your outstanding deposit items no later than Thursday, February 15, 2018, by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Remote Deposit Capture will not be available on the new system until the software is installed at your location.
